As a New York City-based doula, my passion is to provide unwavering emotional, physical, and informational support to growing families. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel safe, respected, and empowered. My role is to help you navigate your options, advocate for your wishes, and build confidence for a positive birth and postpartum experience.
With a calming presence and a deep well of knowledge in comfort measures, I'm here to support not just the birthing parent, but partners and family as well, ensuring everyone feels prepared and included.

3 prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, practice comfort techniques, and ensure you and your partner feel fully prepared.
Labor & Birth Support
Continuous in-person support from the moment you need me in active labor, providing comfort, advocacy, and guidance.
Postpartum Support
2-3 post partum visits to process your birth, offer feeding support, and answer newborn care questions for a smooth transition.
Placenta Encapsulation
Safe and professional placenta encapsulation services to support your postpartum recovery and well-being.
